Bubbles!
In this session we will learn how they get those tiny bubbles into our favorite wines, the history of how the first sparkling wine happened, and the regions that have become famous for them. We will explore 5 expressions and use what we’ve learned in the previous two classes to pick our personal favorite from the bunch.
Attention students: The goal of wine school is to have fun. Don’t be nervous if its your first day.
All levels welcome.
$40 per student - 5 wines tasted
