This event is a collaborative effort. Our team includes a chef, a sommelier, a farmer, and a chocolatier.
Chocolatier Eric Gilbert of Island Chocolates Co. will guide us through the entire bean-to-bar chocolate making process. Lea Moeller from Cayo Provisions will pair Eric’s chocolates with small production wines from around the world. And Austin Daly of Florida Man BBQ will bring a savory dish, highlighting the versatility of this rich plant, to the table.
Patrick Garvey, the founder & director of Grimal Grove, will greet our guests with insight on the history and future of the property and a specialty cocktail by Mutiny Island Vodka.
Proceeds from this event will directly benefit the grove.
